Which chillers do the filter elements fit?
- The filter elements suit chillers of 1HP and above. Send us the model list and we will match the element.
Can accessories be ordered on their own?
- Yes. Accessories can ship with the units or be ordered separately, and we support after-sales replacement supply for your customers. There is no MOQ on accessories.
Are the hose and connection kits compatible with every model?
- Yes — the hose and connection kit is compatible with all our cold plunge models.
How often should the filter be cleaned or replaced?
- It depends on how often the tub is used. As a rule of thumb, clean or replace the element weekly to monthly, and more often on installations running every day.
