It depends on the model and the level of customisation: from 5 units on the chillers and the stainless steel, wood and acrylic tubs, 100 units on most portable tubs, 300 units on the Floeberg pods and Ice Bath Incubators, and 500 units on the ibt0001–ibt0003 tubs. Accessories carry no MOQ.

How long does a sample take, and how long is production?

Sampling takes 7–15 days. Mass production runs 25–45 days depending on the configuration and the order volume.

Can you put our logo on the unit and on the packaging?

Yes. Housing, control panel, carton artwork and private-label packaging are all configured before production starts, and we confirm them on the sample.

Which markets can you certify for, and who prepares the paperwork?

We supply CE, SAA, EMC, FCC, RoHS and REACH documentation and a UL 60335 test report. Export documentation is prepared with the shipment, and where your market needs a certification we do not hold, we help you obtain it.

Can you build 110V and 220V versions with the right plug?

Yes. Voltage, frequency and plug type are configured for your market, including 110V / 60Hz, 220V / 50Hz and 220V / 60Hz.

Who owns the tooling, and can we keep the design exclusive?

Tooling and design ownership are agreed case by case. Depending on whether the design is patented and whether it is co-developed with you, we agree up front whether the arrangement is exclusive or shared, and we put it in writing before production.
