Built on Engineering, Backed by Certification
Guangzhou Arcwilderness Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing refrigeration equipment for more than 15 years. We design and build ice bath chillers, cold plunge tubs and accessories, and we supply them to brands across more than 30 countries.
Our engineering team owns the product from the refrigerant circuit to the control firmware. That is what lets us build to a specification rather than only sell from a catalogue — housing, compressor, controls, branding and packaging are all configured on our own line.
The Floeberg pod and Ice Bath Incubator ranges carry patented design elements, and our products are tested against the standards required for the markets we ship to, including CE, SAA and EMC, with RoHS and REACH compliance documentation available on request.

Every unit goes through the following test procedures before it leaves the factory.
Air Tightness Test
Copper brazing joints are pressure-tested with nitrogen to confirm the refrigerant circuit is sealed.
Water Circulation Test
Pump, flow rate and water path are checked for leaks and stable circulation.
Constant Temperature Room Performance Test
Cooling performance and temperature stability are measured under controlled ambient conditions.
Safety Compliance Test
Electrical safety and compliance checks are carried out to the applicable standards.
Full Function Test Before Packaging
Every function is operated before packing, including controls, lighting and connectivity.
Packaging Confirmation
Packaging, accessories and markings are confirmed against the order before shipment.
Where a market requires certification we do not hold, we test to the relevant standard and provide the test report — we do not claim a certificate we do not have.
